In order to provide the best possible service to our participants from cultivation to harvest, 14 multi-day training modules will take place throughout the year. This way the participants can solve problems that might arise with the VSF trainers quickly and competently.

With our training project Mobile school for Sandawe agro-pastoralists the lessons take place directly in the Sandawe villages. In groups of 20 people, the participants receive a practical education. They can appy all they have learned in the training immediately on their own fields.

The Sandawe are one of the most ancient tribes in the world. For 87,000 years, the skillful hunters and gatherers have inhabited the East African steppe. Today they live - pushed back - in a small area in the heart of Tanzania. To survive, the Sandawe also practice livestock farming and agriculture.
