Konferenz "Natural disasters and "One-Health" - Are we prepared?"
Die FVE (Federation of Veterinarians of Europe) veranstaltet am 16. Und 17. April 2015 in Brüssel eine Konferenz zum Thema Naturkatastrophen und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit von Mensch und Tier sowie auf das Ökosystem. Die Konferenz soll die Notwendigkeit einer ganzheitlichen, interdisziplinären Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema verdeutlichen.
Die internationale Initiative One Health hat sich genau diese Ansätze zum Leitbild gemacht. One Health setzt sich für eine weltweite Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen von Mensch und Tier ein, indem sie eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit von Human-, Tiermedizin und Umweltwissenschaften anstrebt. Im Zuge der Konferenz hält One Health eine Podiumsdiskussion ab. Hier finden Sie die Agenda.
